The management of complex cases for urological diseases could represent a medical challenge for many surgeons and sometimes they can change into real surgical “nightmares”. Although the use of novel technologies such as robotic surgery in expert hands has reduced the intraoperative risk for major complications, they still represent a major concern for most of the urologists who should face them. In this special issue, we would like to invite you to report and describe your experience with Nightmare and complex cases in Urology, by sending original articles, case reports, and surgical videos accompanied by a detailed description of the procedures. This special issue aims to provide tips and tricks to face and solve complex cases in Urology, helping colleagues overcome the “ surgical fear” for these clinical cases and showing them how to change a nightmare into a dream.

Manuscript Submission Information

All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process.
