Small Animal Disease and Therapy is Seeking Editor-in-Chief!

Small Animal Disease and Therapy (SADT, Online ISSN Pending) is an international open access, peer-reviewed, quarterly journal available online, committed to disseminating information on the latest trends and advances in small animal diseases, including endocrinology, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, neurology, oncology, urology, respiratory issues , surgical information, small animal behavior, laboratory medicine, imaging methods, nutrition and other related fields that are of interest to the small animal medical profession are eligible for consideration. Article types considered include original studies, editorials, case reports, opinions, letters, Conference summary, review articles, photo essays, and expert commentary on challenging cases. The journal aims to offer you the most current information on the diseases and treatment of small animals such as cats and dogs, updates you on the latest advances, and provides a sound basis for choosing treatment options.

The main responsibilities of the Editor-in-Chief include the following:

• Be responsible for determining the scope and direction of the Journal of Infection and Molecular Immunity;

• Invite and recommend members of the editorial board;

• Supervise the Journal of Infection and Molecular Immunity in technique and to improve its scientific content;

• Actively participate in the invitation and selection of manuscripts, and ensure at least 6 manuscripts per issue, makes sure every issue is consistent;

• Pre-check and make decision on manuscripts and to ensure quality of publications.

Selection Criteria:

• A Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree;

• A distinguished record of research in the infection or molecular immunity areas;

• Excellent ability of using English;

• Adequate time flexibility to take editorial works;

• Previous editorial experience is preferred.

 Editor-in-Chief is the most senior position in Academic Editors. Term of an Editor-in-Chief is 3 years with an option to be renewed.
